Guiliano Pasquetti started as a logging contractor in Sierra Valley, CA in the early 1940’s. His son, Ray, stepped out on his own to start a grading and paving business in 1975. Ray's son, Jason, started working for the family-owned business at the age of 9 years old, and started bidding and winning jobs at the age of 16. Jason took over the operations of the company after his father retired in 1996, and later became the owner in 1999.
